• Support and deliver high-quality teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse student body
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt learning and ensure all students can access the curriculum
• Monitor and track student progress, using data to inform and refine support strategies
• Provide targeted support and interventions where required
• Contribute to the development of an inclusive and supportive learning environment across the school
• Engage with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent support for student development
• Participate in professional development and remain up to date with best practices
