Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to teaching assistants, ensuring high standards of student support and pastoral care.
- Encourage and develop a culture of inspiration, enjoyment, and success across the school.

- Strong experience as a Deputy Lead TA in the UK National Curriculum.
- Additional experience in international education is an advantage.

- Strong focus on professional excellence, continuous improvement, and participation in extra-curricular aspects of school life.
