The Department of Translation Studies at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the UAEU seeks a teaching assistant. Successful candidates will be advised to pursue graduate studies (Master of Arts and Doctorate of Philosophy) at a well-recognized university in the United States. Candidates should be dedicated to an academic career with a commitment to teaching and research. • Commit to teaching duties as assigned by the department.
• Assist with course preparation and grading.
• Support student learning and engagement.
• Pursue graduate studies (Master and Doctorate) at a recognized U.S. institution as directed.

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation, English Language, or a related field with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher from a reputable university.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to use computers.

• Master’s degree from a reputable university.
