• Bachelor’s Degree
• An A Level in Science would be an advantage
• Appreciation of the importance of high standards
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience working in an educational setup
• Excellent literacy and communication skills (both written and spoken), as a large part of the role involves communicating with SLT, Heads of Department, students and parents
• Overall, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, solution‑focused professional who has a flexible approach to work, is willing to take initiative, work as part of a team in a high‑achieving organisation and hit the ground running
