Job DescriptionWe are seeking Academic Facilitators (Student Success Coaches) to support a large-scale student academic improvement and self-led learning initiative across multiple school sites in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra.
This role focuses on guiding students through structured learning support sessions, ensuring engagement, tracking progress, and supporting overall academic success outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support students in self-led learning sessions
- Act as a Student Success Coach to encourage engagement and discipline
- Support Arabic-speaking student groups (major focus on Arabic learners)
- Assist students in completing required forms and documentation
- Collect, verify, and consolidate student progress data
- Ensure smooth classroom/session management across assigned site
- Report attendance, participation, and key observations
- Work closely with site coordinators and academic leads
- Prior experience in teaching/coaching or student support roles preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a structured learning environment
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working across different school locations
- School-based and site-based delivery model
- Multiple locations across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra
