Position: Training Specialist (Male Candidate)

Job Title:
Training Specialist (Male Candidate)

Work Location: Abu Dhabi Office (with occasional offshore visits as per job requirements)

Working Hours

  • Abu Dhabi: 07:00 – 15:00 (5 days/week)
  • Offshore: 06:30 – 18:30 (7 days/week)

Leave Cycle

  • 150/30 – Single status (company-provided accommodation)
  • 335/30 – Family status (subject to management approval after successful probation)

Salary : AED 12,000

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering discipline (minimum)

Experience

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry (preferred)

  • 35 – 45 years
Job Description

The Training Specialist is responsible for providing professional guidance in the planning, development, and implementation of training policies, procedures, and programs. The role focuses on identifying and addressing training needs, with a strong emphasis on managing the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program for UAE Nationals
, in line with company guidelines and Emiratisation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the workforce
  • Develop and implement training programs for UAE Nationals in line with industry standards
  • Provide expert input in the design and execution of training policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions
  • Manage and oversee the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program for UAE Nationals
  • Support and enhance training initiatives aligned with the companys Emiratisation strategy
  • Prepare realistic training budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
  • Monitor training expenditures and optimize training investments
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training progress and certifications
Knowledge & Skills Knowledge
  • Strong expertise in training program development and evaluation
  • Good understanding of Emiratisation strategies and competency-based training frameworks
