Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children in the UAE. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a valid teaching license, and experience in an American curriculum.

• Teach allocated KG/early years classes following an American curriculum.
• Plan, design, and implement engaging lesson plans that foster social development and effective communication in young learners.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support children’s development and maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
• Engage with parents to share student progress and foster a supportive learning community.
• Lead and manage the early years classroom, inspire teachers, and ensure compliance with UAE standards.
• Participate in school committees and extracurricular events.
• Safeguard children and promote a safe learning environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license or certification recognized in the UAE.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in the UAE (preferably with CBSE, American, or other international curriculum).
• Experience in elementary or primary education with an American curriculum is required.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage, MYP, DP IB, or other international programs is a plus.
• Strong data‑driven instruction and differentiation skills.
• Ability to design age‑appropriate curricula and build parent relationships.
• Professional commitment to ongoing development and collaboration.
• Fluency in Arabic, German, or English as required by specific postings.
• Should be present in the UAE and on a dependent visa (preferred).
