Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development through age‑appropriate learning activities and positive classroom management.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
• Develop children’s literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills through interactive activities.
• Monitor, assess, and document students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Organize educational games, creative activities, and hands‑on learning experiences.
• Support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required.
• Participate in school events, professional development programs, and staff meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in core subject with
  
  B.Ed. and Montessori/Early Childhood Education equivalency.
• Teaching qualification/license as required by local regulatory authorities.
• Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early years students is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• 2 years experience within CBSE curriculum in UAE; strong experience handling KG students will be considered.
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
