Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking experienced and passionate Maths Teachers to join our dynamic, high-performing team from August 2026. As a Secondary Maths Teacher in an international British curriculum school, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including both GCSE and A-Level Mathematics. You will inspire students through engaging, concept-driven lessons, develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where all learners can reach their full potential.
WhatWe’re Looking For
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with British curriculum standards, with the ability to teach Mathematics up to at least GCSE level.
- Model strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills through creative and effective teaching approaches.
- Use a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of high-quality teaching resources.
- Support the academic and pastoral well‑being of students, promoting the school’s values, routines, and high expectations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents through clear communication regarding student progress, attainment, and next steps.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development, and broader whole‑school initiatives.
- Be a fluent English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
