- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the American curriculum and ability to adapt it to meet students' needs in an international context.
- Expertise in developing and organizing engaging lesson plans that are clear, focused, and achievable within the academic year.
- Proficiency in maintaining a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management techniques and fostering a respectful, collaborative atmosphere.
- Ability to tailor teaching strategies and materials to support various learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring all students achieve their potential.
- Skilled in assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and utilizing assessment data to guide instructional planning and identify individual learning needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
