Overview

Aldar Education is seeking a Female Physical Education Teacher for Yasmina American School in Abu Dhabi. The role will start in August 2026.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field with a teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in PE from KG up to Grade 8 (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent knowledge of volleyball, basketball, and athletics.

• Experience in delivering exams.
• Experience in coaching and leading high-level sports teams.
• Previous experience working with students whose English is not their first language.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
• High level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children.
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities.
• Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age, and ethnic background.
• Positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.
• Clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
