Bilingual Training Facilitator; Arabic​/English – UAE

move-eti gGmbH is recruiting Training Facilitators to join the core delivery team for a flagship professional development engagement in the United Arab Emirates. This is a substantive, fixed-term facilitation role for experienced bilingual professionals who can deliver high-quality, interactive, action-oriented training in both Arabic and English.

All selected facilitators will complete move-eti's Training of Trainers programme and will be formally certified before leading sessions independently.

• Deliver interactive training sessions, switching fluidly between Arabic and English according to participant needs
• Apply move-eti's evidence-based methodology with fidelity, adapting facilitation style to different participant groups
• Contribute to continuous material refinement through structured feedback after each session
• Document attendance, training outcomes, and participant feedback accurately
• Participate in coordination meetings and comply with governance, reporting, and quality assurance requirements

• Native-level Arabic and strong English fluency (required for bilingual session delivery)
• At least 7 years of professional experience in training facilitation
• Demonstrated experience facilitating experiential, behavioural, or competency-based training programmes
• A relevant qualification in training, education, psychology, behavioural science, or a related field
• Familiarity with public-sector or institutional training contexts, preferably in the UAE or wider Gulf region
• Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills
• Ability to work within a structured, evidence-based delivery methodology
• This role requires the ability to work legally in the UAE and be based there for the contract duration; move-eti can advise on relocation or sponsorship options where applicable

Prior experience delivering large-scale, institutionally-commissioned training programmes will be considered an advantage.
