Position
MOE Teacher – Specializing in Islamic Education, Arabic, Social Studies, or Moral Education.
Role SummaryThe teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, assess student performance, and instill a sense of social responsibility, ethical values, and cultural understanding within the UAE educational framework.
Key Responsibilities- Create an inclusive classroom environment that reflects the UAE’s values and promotes cultural sensitivity and respect for Emirati traditions.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the MOE curriculum.
- Use creative, interactive, and student‑centered teaching methodologies to promote critical thinking, problem‑solving, and active participation through discussions, projects, and group work.
- Communicate clear and achievable learning objectives to students, covering both academic expectations and behavioral goals.
- Provide individualized support, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Integrate digital tools and educational technology to enhance learning, promote digital literacy, and facilitate remote learning when necessary.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and give timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers on interdisciplinary projects that integrate multiple subjects and develop well‑rounded students with strong moral values.
- Engage with the broader school community, encourage extracurricular participation, and maintain open communication with parents about their child’s progress and well‑being.
- Implement effective behavior‑management strategies to maintain a positive and disciplined classroom and promote student responsibility and respect.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, curricular updates, and teaching methodologies.
- Promote cultural sensitivity and respect for Emirati traditions while fostering a globally aware mindset.
- Apply differentiation strategies to cater to students with diverse learning styles, abilities, and language proficiency.
Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Friday early dismissal. Early‑bird program and afternoon dismissal on a rotating schedule. School holidays follow the MOE‑approved calendar.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field such as Islamic Education, Arabic, Social Studies, or Moral Education.
- Teaching experience in a multicultural or UAE national setting is preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with the MOE curriculum for relevant subjects is a plus.
- Strong classroom‑management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, positive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
