Early Years Teacher

Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking experienced and passionate EYFS Teachers to join our dynamic, high‑performing team from August 2026. As an EYFS Teacher in an international British curriculum school, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality early years education, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners.

• Deliver engaging, play‑based, and child‑led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
• Create a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love of learning.
• Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
• Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.
• Support the holistic well‑being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

• Be a fluent English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
