Job Title:

Homeroom Teacher – FS3 (Year3) Primary Teacher (British Curriculum), Native English Speaker.

Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nationality Preference: UK, Ireland, South Africa or other Western native English‑speaking countries. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) encouraged. Male and female candidates welcome. Preferred age up to late 40s.

We are hiring a qualified and enthusiastic FS3 Teacher to inspire students, promote academic excellence and contribute positively to the wider school community.

• Deliver high‑quality Year3 lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet student needs.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that support academic, social, emotional, physical and creative development.
• Monitor progress, prepare assessments and maintain accurate learning records.
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents – support students' academic and personal development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, parent consultations and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, health and safety policies.

• Qualified teacher with
  
  B.Ed., Bachelor’s Degree and PGCE/PGDE.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching the British Curriculum (UAE experience not essential).
• QTS or equivalent teaching licence preferred.
• Native English speaker with experience in the British Curriculum.

• Strong classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
• Excellent communication skills – strong partnerships with parents and the school community.
• Enthusiastic, creative, encouraging curiosity and independent thinking.
• Committed to professional development and continuous improvement.
