International Community School Al-Danah, Abu Dhabi is seeking an inspiring and driven Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead school-wide improvement, uphold our high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership, staff development, and the day-to-day operational excellence of the school.

Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g. NPQSL or equivalent).

• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
• UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage

• Genuinely student-centred, placing learners and learning at the heart of every decision.
• Achievement-driven, with a proven track record of raising standards and improving student outcomes.
• A role model who demonstrates high expectations in teaching, learning, and professional conduct.
• A collaborative and visible leader who inspires, motivates, and develops both staff and students.
• Excellent English communication skills (bilingual candidates are preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experienced in data analysis, using evidence to inform decision-making and drive school improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead change effectively.
