International Community School Al‑Danah, Abu Dhabi is seeking an inspiring and driven Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead school‑wide improvement, uphold our high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership, staff development, and the day‑to‑day operational excellence of the school.

• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g. NPQSL or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
• UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage
