We are recruiting exceptional Secondary Teachers on behalf of a prestigious Cambridge-accredited school in Abu Dhabi.

We are currently seeking experienced teachers in the following subject areas:
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Science (Key Stage
3)
As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across Key Stage 3 (Years 7–9) and Key Stage 4 (IGCSE/GCSE), with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 (AS & A Level) where appropriate.
Working as part of a collaborative academic team, you will inspire students to achieve their full potential through innovative teaching, effective assessment and a commitment to academic excellence.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE,
B.Ed. or equivalent) - Minimum five (5) years of full‑time teaching experience within a British or Cambridge International Curriculum school (essential)
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (IGCSE/GCSE)
- Experience teaching AS & A Level is highly desirable
- Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Strong understanding of assessment, differentiation and data‑informed instruction
- Demonstrated ability to improve student learning outcomes and examination performance
- Confidence integrating educational technology into classroom practice
- International or UAE teaching experience is advantageous
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum for England
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons that support outstanding student learning and academic progress
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles
- Prepare students for internal assessments and IGCSE/GCSE and AS & A Level examinations, where applicable
- Monitor student progress using assessment data and implement effective intervention strategies
- Establish a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom culture that promotes high expectations and student wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum planning, moderation and continuous school improvement
- Build positive partnerships with parents to support student development and achievement
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities and ongoing professional learning
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, child protection and professional conduct.
