Parent Relations Executive (UAE National) – Rabdan Charter School (Abu Dhabi, AY 2026/27)

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Parent Relations Executive to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group.

• Welcome all prospective parents to the Academy and handle initial enquiries.
• Assist with external marketing for the Academy and manage the social media channels.
• Conduct tours of the Academy for prospective families.
• Assist the Admissions team with enquiries and enrolments when needed.
• Prepare and send welcome information packs to new families prior to joining the Academy.
• Work with senior leadership to plan induction and transition days and host these events.

• Maintain open communication with existing parents throughout the year, sending updates via email and newsletters.
• Act as the initial point of contact for parents to ask questions or raise issues, liaising with faculty to resolve them and keeping a record of queries.
• Share weekly reports of parent feedback with the school Principal and ensure escalation and complaint procedures are followed.
• Organise parent/community events to engage parents in school activities and celebrations and support the school’s parent‑engagement activities.
• Collaborate closely with parent bodies such as the Parent Council and Parent Ambassadors.
• Support and advertise the school’s parent‑engagement activities.
• Manage continual development of communication channels such as newsletters to keep parents informed.
• Conduct regular surveys of new parent views on the enrolment process and other relevant subjects.
• Drive communication on the re‑enrolment process to increase parent retention.
• Work with the Marketing team at HQ on enquiry‑generating activities.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in the Education sector is preferred.

• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work well in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Excellent office management skills and computer literacy.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferable.
