Position Overview

Teacher – MFL (Spanish) at Aldar Education. Join our growing network of schools starting August
2026‑2027 in Abu Dhabi.

• Deliver inspiring MFL lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
• Plan engaging lessons and resources for all learners.
• Set up classroom displays and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Use assessment tools such as Target Tracker to monitor progress and inform future planning.
• Provide feedback to parents and carers at PTAs and other meetings.
• Implement the school’s behaviour policy and manage classes effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialist support staff, and curriculum action groups.
• Maintain clear communication with the school community and contribute to school events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or a related subject with PGCE or another teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching students for whom English is not the first language.
• Passion for teaching and a full commitment to educating the whole child.
• High level of professionalism and consideration for students’ well‑being.
• Consistent involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Respect for all members of the school community regardless of position, gender, age, or ethnic background.
• Positive, solution‑focused attitude toward working life.
• Clean disclosure and barring services check or police check.
