Librarian

We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team at a leading educational institution in Abu-Dhabi.

• Develop and implement library policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Select, acquire, catalog, and classify materials for the library collection.
• Assist students and faculty in finding relevant resources for their research needs.
• Plan and conduct training sessions on how to effectively use library resources.
• Manage the budget for library acquisitions and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the library meets the needs of the academic community.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments in information management systems and technologies.
• Promote the library's services through various marketing strategies.

• Bachelor s degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Librarian in an academic or research setting.
• Excellent knowledge of information management systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with electronic databases and digital resources.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Indian nationality is mandatory.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month.

This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) located in Abu‑Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation. This position is open only to Indian nationals who have a valid biometric passport.
