Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses to students in Highway Transportation Engineering and related disciplines.
- Evaluate and monitor individual student progress, providing feedback to improve and sustain success.
- Teach a variety of specialized courses in General Engineering mechanics, statistics, and construction management.
- Engage in and conduct quality research, publishing in reputable journals.
- Support and participate in curriculum development and course management aligned with university standards.
- Contribute effectively to college/university initiatives, participating in proposals and projects.
- Support and participate in accreditation initiatives at local and international levels.
- Promote and guide students to envision future careers locally, regionally, and internationally.
- Maintain relationships with students conducive to learning.
- Initiate and participate in community engagement activities benefiting the institution and local community.
- Outstanding credentials in Highway Transportation Engineering.
- 2+ years of university teaching experience with a proven track record of teaching excellence.
- Research published in journals indexed in Scopus.
- Dedication to continued professional development and curriculum renewal.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English orally and in writing.
- Advanced use of technology in education (presentations, e-learning systems, reports, etc.).
- Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the university and college.
