Lead Primary Teacher

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons that promote outstanding student outcomes.
• Lead by example through exemplary classroom practice and professional conduct.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Primary curriculum.
• Coach, mentor, and support teachers to improve teaching and learning practices.
• Conduct lesson observations, learning walks, and provide constructive feedback where required.
• Monitor student progress and work collaboratively to improve attainment and achievement.
• Promote effective assessment practices and the use of data to inform teaching.
• Support curriculum planning, moderation, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to staff professional development initiatives and collaborative planning.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Support the school's safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour expectations.
• Assist with school events, inspections, accreditation requirements, and other whole-school initiatives.
• Undertake additional leadership responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Primary or Senior Leadership Team.
• Observe the classes for the Teachers and guide them through the ADEK and school best teaching practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching in a Lead Primary Teacher setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies, curriculum planning, assessment, and student-centred learning.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
• Experience in an international or UAE school environment is an advantage.
