Associate Leadership & Customer Experience Facilitator

Are you a dynamic facilitator who can inspire, engage, and transform learning experiences?

As The BCJ Group continues to grow across the UAE and GCC, we're looking to connect with experienced Arabic-English facilitators to support client engagements in leadership development, customer experience, organizational effectiveness, and behavioral skills training.

This is a project-based consulting opportunity, not a full-time position.

• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops in Arabic and English
• Deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness, customer experience, communication, and interpersonal capability
• Bring learning to life through storytelling, discussion, coaching, and experiential learning
• Adapt content and learning experiences for cultural relevance while preserving intended outcomes
• Support audiences ranging from frontline employees and managers to senior executives
• Partner with clients to drive measurable organizational and customer experience improvements
• Assess learning effectiveness and contribute to continuous program enhancement

• Are fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Have experience facilitating leadership development, customer experience, behavioral skills, coaching, or organizational development programs
• Can confidently engage audiences from frontline teams to executive leadership
• Adapt their facilitation style to diverse audiences and cultural contexts
• Create psychological safety while encouraging growth and meaningful discussion
• Build trust, credibility, and engagement quickly
• Are based in the UAE or have significant experience working across the GCC
