Responsibilities
- Assist students faculty and staff with research and information retrieval
- Assist with the development and management of library programs
- Work with faculty to generate ideas for the enhancement of library services and resources
- Assist the Librarian with the management and organization of library resources including books journals and digital materials
- Bachelor s degree in library science librarianship or equivalent
- Preferably experience in supporting libraries in academic institutions
- Ability to use library management systems and digital resources
- English Language proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to library users
- The appointee will need to be familiar with software programs, such as online library databases, and have strong skills in cataloging using DDC, and the use of Excel.
