The UAE National Supervisor oversees the daily operations of assigned staff and ensures that institutional policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently implemented.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties.
Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
Conduct staff orientation and on-the-job training when required.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a safe working environment.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
