- Bachelors Degree
- An A Level in Science would be an advantage.
- Appreciation of the importance of high standards
- Experience in similar role
- Experience with working in an educational setup.
- Excellent literacy and communication skills (both written and spoken) as a large part of the role involves communicating with SLT, Heads of Department, students and parents.
- Overall, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, solution focused professional who has a flexible approach to work, one who is willing to take initiative, work as part of a team in an high achieving organisation and hit the ground running
