Tutor – Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a Tutor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their studies. The Tutor should be able to assess student progress regularly and take appropriate action when needed. Salary for this position is 900. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities- Providing individual or group tutoring sessions to students on the subject matter they require assistance with
- Preparing lesson plans
- Developing teaching strategies
- Assessing student performance
- Providing feedback on their progress
- Maintaining records of student progress
- Developing activities that encourage learning in a fun way
- Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in the subject they wish to teach or in Education (with relevant teaching experience)
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills that will make them a good mentor for students of all ages
- Having knowledge of teaching strategies for different types of learners/students and an understanding of how best to motivate students who may be struggling with their studies
