Job Title:
English Teacher - Cycle 2 & 3 (American Curriculum)

International Community Schools (ICS) Al Falah City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Teacher to join our academic team, specializing in Cycles 2 and 3. The successful candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the American curriculum. The teacher will guide and support students in primary and middle school, helping them achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards, ensuring the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and explore.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents, and implementing individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.
  • Actively participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.
