Maintenance Trainingbydevelopinganddeliveringtrainingsolutionstosupportthe Etihad Engineering .
Accountabilities
- Actasa Subject Owner (SO) fordevelopingtrainingsolutionstomeetspecificEYEngTTrequirementsinlinewithCAR/Part-147regulations.
- Analysetrainingrequirements,conductandevaluate
JobAnalysis(JA) andGapAnalysis(GA) inordertogenerateTNAandindoingsoidentifytrainingsolutionswhichsatisfytheneedsoftheEYEngTT. - Generatea Training Syllabus (TS) fromtheTNAorthedirectstipulatedrequirementswhichsupportsthetrainingcoursesdeliveredbyEYEngTT.
- ProductionofsuitableandsufficienttrainingcoursematerialforeffectivedeliveryofthesubjectstoEYEngTTrequirements.
- DeliverefficientandeffectivetraininginaccordancewithEYEngTTpolicies,processesandbestpractices.
- ActinthecapacityofinvigilatorforexaminationsconductedbyEYEngTT.
- Developtheirownskillsandsubjecbasebymethodssuchasobservingcolleaguesandattendingtrainingcourses.
- Ensure that Training Managersarekeptinformedastothestateofcomplianceoftheorganizationwithregardsto CAR/Part-147.
- AttendtraininganddevelopmentmeetingsasrequiredbyMMT.
- Compileexaminationquestions,asrequiredbytheEM,throughtheMMTfortheEYEngTTexaminationquestiondatabase.
