• BEd (Primary Education), MEd (Primary Teaching)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in primary education
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create dynamic lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
• Proficient classroom management skills
