Job Requirements:

• Mandatory possession of a Ph.D. in a specialized business discipline from an internationally recognized, highly ranked academic institution.
• All academic degrees must be fully attested and ready for UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) Equivalency processing.
• A proven, verifiable track record of recent publications in high-impact (Scopus Q1/Q2) peer-reviewed academic journals.

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate instruction, managing a full course load while integrating modern pedagogical techniques and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Actively pursue and secure internal and external research grants, continuously publishing findings in top-tier academic journals to elevate the university's global ranking.
• Participate heavily in departmental administration, student mentoring, curriculum development, and rigorous documentation processes required for ongoing AACSB and WASC accreditations.

• Highly competitive monthly base salary (18,000 - 25,000 AED) fully protected by UAE labor regulations, supplemented by a substantial family housing allowance.
