- Oversee the daily operations of the secondary school, ensuring a safe, productive, and engaging learning environment for students and staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for academic improvement, curriculum enhancement, and extracurricular program development.
- Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards at local and national levels.
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in secondary school administration or teaching.
- Possession of a valid school leadership or administrative certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
