Job DescriptionThe Instructor’s job purpose is to deliver high-quality, student-centered teaching that builds a strong academic foundation and supports the holistic development of students for future professional success. The role focuses on designing and implementing effective instructional strategies, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and accreditation requirements. The Instructor also contributes to the continuous improvement of academic programs through collaboration with faculty, participation in institutional initiatives, and support of student learning and retention.
