Aldar Education are seeking a National Identity amp Community Outreach Officer for Bateen World Academy commencing September 2026 or sooner by appointment. • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in public relations, Education, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in community engagement, Government relations, or Public relations.
• School experience is a plus.
• UAE National, with strong understanding of national identity, culture, and traditions.
• Good understanding of UAE regulatory environment (ADEK/KHDA/MOE).
• Ability to prioritise projects and tasks, and to respond to simultaneous requests from various areas.
• Ability to initiate and manage change in the work environment.
• Ability to identify problems, achieve effective solutions, resolve conflict, motivate staff and foster collaboration, and promote sound decision making.
• Flexibility, patience and egalitarian approach.
