Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies and Economics lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment that promotes critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Develop students' understanding of business concepts, economic principles, and real-world applications.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, examinations, and student progress reports.
- Encourage students to develop problem-solving, decision-making, and financial literacy skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement.
