Therole
Amity International School Abu Dhabi seeks a well-qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of Music for Key Stages 3 and 4, including GCSE and A Level. The successful candidate will teach across both Primary and Secondary phases and will be expected to contribute to the wider Performing Arts department and school community. The position commences August 2026 and arises due to expansion in the senior school and increased demand for places.
Keyresponsibilities
- Deliver exceptional teaching that results in high student attainment through the practices and principles of positive education.
- Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 at GCSE and A Level.
- Contribute to the wider Performing Arts department and school community.
- Teach across both Primary and Secondary phases of the school.
- Well-qualified teacher with appropriate subject expertise for GCSE and A Level Music.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high student attainment through positive education practices.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated approach to teaching and wider school life.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
- Willingness to undergo child protection screening, provide a current police criminal check and supply a minimum of two references, one of which must be from the Head Teacher or Principal of the most recent school.
