Position: SEN Coordinator (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)

Job Description:
Al Nahda National School is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Coordinator to lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inclusive practices and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
- Lead and oversee the school's SEN provision and inclusion strategy
- Identify, assess, and monitor students with additional learning needs
- Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support teachers with differentiated instruction strategies
- Coordinate with parents, external specialists, and school leadership
- Ensure compliance with local educational regulations and policies
