Nursery Manager

Lead the daily operations of the nursery Supervise mentor and evaluate teachers and support staff Ensure compliance with UAE nursery regulations and EYFS standards Maintain high standards of safeguarding health hygiene and child safety Build and maintain strong relationships with parents Oversee admissions enrollment attendance and administrative processes Monitor staff performance and support professional development Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational activities Prepare operational reports and communicate with senior management Foster a positive collaborative and child-focused culture.

• Bachelor s Degree in Education
• Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of Nursery Management experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Arabic language is an advantage
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred
