Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor of Aviation to join our esteemed Department of Aviation. This full-time faculty position, based at our Abu Dhabi Campus, is integral to advancing the department's academic mission through excellence in teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and continuously enhancing our aviation programs, conducting cutting‑edge scholarly research, and fostering meaningful industry engagement.

This position requires a commitment to preparing graduates with the knowledge and competencies necessary to meet the evolving demands of the global aviation industry.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong alignment with core competencies such as technical knowledge, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving. Proficiency in technical skills, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and aviation‑specific software, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate advanced behavioral skills, including time management, team collaboration, and adaptability. A PhD in Aviation or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications and significant experience in the aviation sector.
