Aldar Education are seeking a National Identity & Community Outreach Officer for Bateen World Academy, commencing September 2026, or sooner by appointment.

Responsibilities Main Duties- Lead the integration and promotion of UAE National Identity, heritage, and values across the organization.
- Develop and implement structured outreach programs that strengthen relationships with parents, local authorities, and community partners.
- Serve as the key contact for community-related initiatives and relevant government-led programs.
- Oversee planning and execution of national events and culturally significant initiatives.
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory expectations (e.g., ADEK / MoE) and internal AE standards.
- Coordinate annual calendar of UAE national events (National Day, Flag Day, Commemoration Day, etc.).
- Embed Emirati cultural elements within school programs and activities.
- Support curriculum teams in integrating National Identity themes.
- Monitor National Identity compliance indicators and prepare reports.
- Build partnerships with local government entities, NGOs, and community groups.
- Organize volunteering and community service initiatives.
- Facilitate parent and student participation in outreach programs.
- Track participation metrics and community impact.
- Collaborate with HR / P&C to support Emiratization initiatives.
- Organize cultural awareness workshops for expatriate staff.
- Support engagement with national talent programs where applicable.
- Represent the organization at cultural and community events.
- Coordinate participation in government initiatives.
- Ensure branding and messaging reflect UAE values and heritage.
- Maintain documentation of all initiatives and partnerships.
- Prepare quarterly reports for leadership.
- Manage allocated budgets related to outreach and National Identity activities.
Minimum Qualifications
