To provide academic leadership and excellence in teaching, research, and service within Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high-quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in business-related disciplines (economics and marketing in particular) and in research methods, mentoring students and faculty, and participating in shaping the academic direction of the department. The newly appointed faculty will be expected to lead and sustain a strong, internationally recognized research agenda aligned with institutional priorities, contribute significantly to knowledge production in their field, and play a key role in strategic initiatives, governance, and the development of the university community.
