Qualification:

PhD in Public Relations, Communication, or a closely related specialization.

• Develop and teach specialized Public Relations courses, including Principles of Public Relations, Communication Campaigns, Public Relations Writing, Digital Public Relations, Public Opinion Research, and Professional Ethics.
• Apply contemporary Public Relations practices, particularly digital content management and campaign performance measurement.
• Integrate theory and practice through case studies, field projects, and workshops in collaboration with public and private sector organizations.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic feedback and guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course management, and continuous improvement in line with University and College standards and market needs.
• Contribute to College and University initiatives, research activities, committees, and accreditation requirements.
• Supervise graduation projects and support students in developing their academic and professional careers.
• Build relationships with relevant professional and community organizations to support field training and professional engagement.

• A proven record of excellence in undergraduate teaching, with at least 3 years of university teaching experience.
• Research published in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus.
• Commitment to curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic accreditation.
• Ability to prepare course files, learning outcomes reports, and continuous improvement plans.
• Ability to teach theoretical, applied, and professional aspects of Public Relations.
• Proficiency in using information technology, e-learning platforms, and digital tools in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and in writing.
