Adjunct Faculty in Operations Management – College of Business

The College of Business is seeking Adjunct Faculty in Operations Management for Fall 2026 and beyond at the Abu Dhabi campus. We seek individuals with expertise and the ability to teach Operations Management and related courses such as Supply Chain Management, Service Operations, and Introductory Business Analytics at the undergraduate level.

Adjunct faculty are expected to integrate their professional and academic experience with the established course syllabus to deliver engaging and applied instruction to motivated Emirati and international students. All adjunct faculty work under the supervision of a course coordinator who ensures consistency and alignment across sections.

Adjunct faculty are compensated on a per-course basis and typically teach 1–2 courses per semester.

The College

Zayed University’s College of Business offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Zayed University is a federal institution accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and provides high-quality education in English for over 9,000 Emirati students, predominantly female, across its Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.

Applicants must hold a PhD, DBA, or master’s degree with a specialization in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field from a university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education.

A PhD or DBA is required to teach upper-level undergraduate courses.

Professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Teaching experience at the university level is an advantage.

Expatriate applicants must already be UAE residents, as the university does not sponsor visas for adjunct positions. Emirati nationals currently employed must provide a letter of no objection from their employer.

This position is based at the Abu Dhabi campus.
