Zayed University’s College of Business is an AACSB-accredited business school offering both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Zayed University is a federal institution accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and provides high-quality education in English for over 9000 Emirati students, predominantly female, at our two campuses in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Zayed University’s College of Business is seeking Adjunct faculty for Spring 2026 and beyond at the Abu Dhabi campus. We seek individuals with the expertise and ability to teach ‘Accounting’ courses to undergraduate students.

Adjunct faculty are responsible for melding their expertise and experience with the established course syllabus to create dynamic instructional delivery to enthusiastic Emirati and international students. All adjuncts are supervised by a course coordinator who ensures consistency and equivalency between sections. Courses are typically taught in 100-minute blocks twice per week from January through to May (Spring semester), and from August through to December (Fall semester).

Adjunct faculty are paid per course and generally can teach between 1 and 2 courses per semester.

Applicants must have a PhD, DBA, or Masters with a specialization in the teaching area from a university recognized by the UAE’s Ministry of Education. PhD or DBA is required to teach upper-level undergraduate courses. Applicants with a professional accounting certification will be given preference.

Expat applicants must already be UAE residents. The university does not sponsor overseas candidates for adjunct positions. Employed Emirati nationals must be able to provide a letter of no-objection from their employer. This position is based at the Abu Dhabi campus.

Teaching and/or professional experience in the area is desired.
