- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience within the British Curriculum framework
- Strong knowledge of early years pedagogy with expertise in teaching English language skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient classroom management techniques ensuring a positive learning environment
- Commitment to nurturing student growth both academically and socially
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and collaborative teamwork
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity towards students from diverse backgrounds
