MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
- Design and develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
- Deliver planned training and development activities in alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
- Document and report learning outcomes, progress, and impact of development initiatives
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
Certification in Learning and Development or related studies is desired
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development activities/training in a formal setting
DESIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
Minimum 1 years’ experience in using an electronic health record system
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Create learning support material, including training manuals
- E-learning content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc.)
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model
- Instructional design principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Hospital and Clinic operations
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective teaching and learning (pedagogical) practices
- Video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro)
