Teaching experience in the English National Curriculum Job Type: Full Time Position Overview Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding EAL Teacher with Inclusion responsibility for a Full Time, on-site position at Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, starting in January 2027. The role combines high-quality classroom teaching with support for students with English as an Additional Language and diverse learning needs.

The successful candidate will use assessment, differentiation and performance data to plan engaging learning experiences while contributing to curriculum development and the inclusive ethos of the school.

  • Work with relevant professionals, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, where required.
  • Use assessment information and student performance data to support inclusive planning and progress.
Assessment and Reporting
  • Assess and record student progress systematically.
  • Maintain appropriate student records in accordance with school procedures.
  • Use performance data to inform planning, learning interventions and student progress.
  • Undertake student assessments as required by examination bodies, departments and school procedures.
  • Prepare and present informative reports to parents.
  • Attend and support parent and student events.
