Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the English curriculum
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across all secondary school levels
- Manage staff within the English and Literature department
- Support student progress and foster a love for literature and language
- Develop innovative lesson plans catering to diverse learner needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
- At least 4 years of teaching experience in an international or British curriculum setting
- Strong knowledge of UK National Curriculum requirements for Secondary Education
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams or departments
- Competence in using educational technology tools
- Excellent communication and student engagement skills
