Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for student exploration
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Implement individualized strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom culture
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons
- Support extracurricular activities and school events
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- PGDE or PGCE qualification
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of the American curriculum
- Expertise in lesson planning and classroom management
- Ability to tailor teaching strategies to various learning styles and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
